1. Services & Organization
What types of weddings do you organize?
We plan high-end weddings, whether intimate, multicultural, destination, or multi-day events. Each wedding is entirely tailor-made, reflecting your couple’s unique story.
Do you only organize civil or religious weddings?
We work on secular, symbolic, or religious ceremonies within a full event format. If you are looking for simple town hall or church coordination without a reception, our services may not be the right fit.

2. Pricing & Payments
How does pricing work?
Our pricing is established on a private consultation basis. Each wedding is unique, and we tailor our proposal to your project, your vision, and the level of service you require. We invite you to book a discovery call to discuss your project in confidence.
What are your rates?
Full wedding planning: upon private consultation
Day-of coordination: upon private consultation
Secular ceremony: upon private consultation
Wedding design: upon quotation, depending on project scope
How does payment work?
Two options:
Payment in 4 installments (30% upon signing, 40% in January of the wedding year, 20% one month before, 10% one week before)
Monthly installments (possible but not recommended)
If we also manage your vendor budget, we handle all contracts and payments directly with service providers.
Are there additional fees for destination weddings?
Yes. Travel, accommodation, and meal expenses for the team are covered by the couple. For weddings spanning several days, each additional day is billed separately.
3. Timing & Availability
When should we contact you?
Day-of coordination: at least 6 months in advance
Full planning:
Budget €50,000 to €80,000: ideally 18–24 months in advance
Budget above €80,000: 6–12 months is sufficient with quick decision-making
How many weddings do you organize per year?
Thanks to our optimized methods and specialized team, we can manage up to 20 weddings annually, maintaining a high level of quality and personalization.
4. Vendors & Logistics
Do you only work with your own vendors?
We recommend our network of tested, reliable, and high-end vendors, but we remain open to your suggestions. If you have preferred vendors, we adapt while assisting you in evaluating them.
Are there several people on-site on the wedding day?
Yes, always at least two wedding planners. For large-scale weddings (over 200 guests), the team is reinforced (up to 5 or more planners) to ensure smooth and flawless coordination.
Do you offer your services in English?
Absolutely. We regularly assist English-speaking couples (USA, UK, Canada, etc.) and are experienced in managing international destination weddings.

Where do you organize weddings?
France: Paris, Paris region, Bordeaux, central regions (castles), Provence, French Riviera, French overseas territories
International: Italy, Bali, Seychelles, Bahamas, Spain, Greece, etc.
We have privileged partnerships with exceptional venues in these destinations.
Can you organize a wedding abroad even if we live in France?
Yes. Whether you live in France or elsewhere, we manage all logistics, vendors, and travel arrangements for a turnkey international wedding.
